ACE Consulting is dedicated to recruitment campaigns within our competence. We would appoint to each recruitment assignment a project manager leading a team of consultants to accomplish the assignment.
Initial Stage Analyze Needs and Requirements We will communicate closely with the client's HR department and the position's superior to obtain a clear grasp of the job requirements and also to have a better understanding of the company's background, size, organizational structure and culture, which are vitally important to the headhunting operation. Narrow Down Target Group of Candidates Then, we would analyze our competitors and locate possible candidates. At this stage, we do not have direct contact with the candidates in order to ensure confidentiality. We would determine the market price of the position and report to our clients.
Implementation Stage Initial stage The target candidates will be reached in a confidential manner. They will be informed of the client's background and the job opportunity. Meanwhile, light would be shed on the candidates education background, work experience, salary expectation and genuine interest in the job. If the candidate is in a different city, we will also get his/her view on relocation First Interview Once the candidates are selected, interviews will be arranged. Through the interviews, we will obtain more detailed information such as the candidates' motivation, personality, capability, potential etc. and evaluate whether the candidate will meet the client's requirements. Then 3 to 5 more suitable candidates will be recommended to the client. The client will be consulted if the interview has to be conducted in a different location. if so, clients have to pay for the resultant traveling cost.
The Interview and Final Selection Process Presentation of Candidates Once the final list of candidates is confirmed, candidates will be informed of the company's name and the whole selection process. And all the information regarding their education, experience, qualification, salary expectation, motivation, strengths & weaknesses will be presented to the client. Interview Arrangement After the client determines the candidates to interview, we would help arrange the appointment. After the initial face-to-face interview, we would discuss with the client, and will give candidates the results. We will arrange both parties to meet again if necessary.
Securing the Right Candidate Negotiations The final decisions are difficult for both the client and the candidate. An outstanding candidate often has an enviable job, a good understanding of the market, and several opportunities beckoning him. On the other hand, an excellent hirer is not willing to employ the second best candidate. Our consultants play a critical role in the negotiation phase, helping strike a deal agreeable to both parties. Refusal We will help clients give failure notice to those eliminated candidates in a proper manner. Tracking To help those successful candidates adapt to the new environment as soon as possible, we will keep in touch with them and provide necessary guidance during their probation period.
