Consultant Associate

As a key member of ACE Consulting team, Associates are responsible for working with ACE Consultants on assignments to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Specific responsibilities for each search vary depending upon the client needs and the level of experience and seniority of the Associate.

Typical duties may include:

• assisting in the development of the search strategy
• coordinating internal and external resources
• developing target lists of companies and candidates
• construction of detailed status reports
• analysis of company and competitor performance
• client and candidate communication
