Profile:

·         Around 30 years of age with excellent communication skills.

·         Ability to effectively interact with doctors and sales team.

·         A good team player with the ability to work on own initiative.

·         Must have adequate cardiovascular product knowledge.

·         Willing to travel within Mainland China.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage the marketing planning efforts and support sales team in the China region

·         Analyze and distill sales objectives into regional marketing strategies, as well as budget required to support these strategies.

·         Support sales staff in cultivating relationships with customers, and current business by providing strong platform/product positioning and unique selling propositions for competitive advantage.

·         Develop internal and external communication programs that support product and marketing position.

·         Work closely with sales team to ensure successful execution on marketing plans.

·         Define target markets and market segmentation for specific marketing objectives.

·         Analyze the selected competitors and market threats, and create marketing plans and positioning to secure business growth.

·         Liaise with Market Research/Business Intelligence team on assigned projects.

·         Create strategy for conferences, exhibitions, road shows and events that target KOL’s, gaining knowledge from customers, potential clients, influencers and users to incorporate within the overall marketing strategy to drive revenue.

·         Manage budget/reforecast expenses and review ROI for all marketing activities

Identify products and develop business plans for new product development.
