Position Title: Senior Account Representative
Organization: NDT Solutions (Industrial Business)

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing the Digital X-ray System(Computer Radiography) market in the NDT industry
2. Develop and execute strategic account plans designed to deliver growth in assigned key accounts in NDT industry.
3. Responsible for all sales targets with assigned accounts; Deliver on all internal targets, i.e. sales, orders, revenue, margins and expenses.
4. Effectively communicate with dealer, maintain dealer network and support them with product management to establish key relationships at all levels of customers, identify and develop winning sales strategies that will drive order closure.
5. Responsible for performing commercial and technical discussions with potential clients, as well as presentations and preparation of technical appendixes of offered X-ray CR machines
6. Suggest targeted promotional activities to further drive profitable growth within assigned
accounts.
7. Provide an accurate sales forecast on a customer by customer, competitive threats and key large
project impacts.
8. Effectively communicate market requirements and important front line information related to
products, service and applications to Product Management and Sales Leadership teams.
Qualifications Required:
1. Minimum 5-8 years successful sales experience, preferred 5+ years of key account sales experience or sales experience in NDT technologies industry
2. University degree in Engineering, Physics or Science
3. Technical specialty, good understanding of X-ray products or expertise in X-ray
industry preferred. Affinity / knowledge of quality control market for NDT industry
is best
4. Expert knowledge of negotiation / customer relationship management (Customer, dealer handling) and project management skill.
5. Team working spirit, creative and cooperative, "Can do" attitude ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and achieve deadlines
6. Ability to understand and work with-in a matrix organization
7. Good communication skills both in Chinese and in English
8. Willing to travel frequently
