1. For the Reps positions, work with Staffing Centre Recruiter in hiring requirement, process, and offer consultant base on internal balance.
2. Responsible for regional Sailing Program as an independent HR business partner, such as requirement analysis, target universities choose, final interview, hiring decision, local training, assessment, workshop for deeply communication and experience sharing with previous sailing students;
3. Handle employees¡¯ on boarding process within the region, call first calling on their onboard day, provide HR professional support; Conduct Reps on boarding training to ensure high quality comprehension company policy and shorten learning curve.
4. Working with line manager, communicate to employee within probation base on work performance, feedback OPQ report and establish development plan;
5. Handle employee¡¯s exit process properly within the region, analysis data and provide report and suggestion to sales management;
6. Communicate and explain HR policies to employee. Work with line manager to enhance communication with low performer, monitor performance improvement plan and decrease negative impact in sales team;
7. Follow up regional MINI-OTR development plan and monitor study status; Support DSM Assessment Centre program, such as on-site support, collect data, create report;
