Medical Device Company Dental Product Manager
 locations :Beijing/Shanghai
 Details:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
¡¤         Runs Dental market research and VOC initiatives for China.
¡¤         Coordinates projects and programs for Luminary¡¯s, VIPs, Key accounts.
¡¤         Develops and maintains China dental product knowledge base, including competitive products and services, through detailed research including periodical reviews, trade show attendance, attending lectures and seminars, visiting industry and competitor related websites, attending industry symposiums, and monitoring activities of various industry associations and/or governing bodies.
¡¤         Maintains database of current competitive products in China market, and forecasts competitor¡¯s future portfolios and market plans.
¡¤         Localization / customization of sales and marketing tools ¨C into local language.
¡¤         Coordination of product of local sales and marketing tools by:
¡ì         Working with local agencies and GCC Marketing team.
¡ì         Working with WW Marketing design team and/or other region¡¯s marketing teams.
¡¤         Creation of materials and templates for tenders and bidding.
¡¤         Coordinate and drive updating and localization / translation of web site materials on kodakdental.com
¡¤         Highly proactive sharer and communicator of product and technical information.   Play a key role in training and knowledge transfer to the field.
¡¤                     Leads new digital product launches within China. 
¡¤                     Maintain consistency of China sales and marketing tools with Global Dental Branding strategy.
¡¤                     Works closely with the China Dental Manager and GCC Marketing team to develop and execute China marketing plan.
¡¤                     Marketing Representative in special projects such as Dental CRM, Telemarketing initiatives, Dealer Portal.
¡¤                     Work with teams in China to develop customer database and CRM.

 

Key Skills & Experiences:

¡¤                     Strong technical & marketing / sales support background. 
¡¤                     Experience working with customers in a business-to-business environment
¡¤                     Strong customer interaction skill and customers advocate. Balances the needs of the customer with responsibilities to the company.
¡¤                     Experience gathering customer input and translating into executable plans.
¡¤                     Experience working in healthcare IT market, preferably dental, imaging, Medical devices, biotechnology.
¡¤                     Experience working across multiple functional organizations, both internally and externally.
¡¤                     Experience commercializing and launching technical products, with very strong project management background.
¡¤                     Demonstrated capability of supporting sales teams with product information and sales tools.
¡¤                     Strong creative skills for the production and customization of sales and marketing tools.
¡¤                     Highly organized approach in handling & track multiple tasks concurrently, compilation and communication of information.
¡¤                     Strong interpersonal and communications skills and effective negotiation skills
¡¤                     Highly resourceful in collecting and finding information from a wide variety of sources.
¡¤                     Excellent and proactive communicator and able to work across cultures, matrix organisations and geographically dispersed decision makers.
¡¤                     Ability to communicate and effectively transfer their knowledge to others.
¡¤                     Strong fluency in English & Chinese (both written and oral communications) and experience communicating with multinational teams.
¡¤                     Excellent computer skills, including use of spreadsheet, presentation, e-mail, word processing, design and publishing applications.
¡¤                     Ability to conduct effective presentations internally and externally.
¡¤                     Must be clearly able to self-motivate and self-direct on a daily basis and able to operate in a remote environment with little direct supervision.
¡¤                     Frequent travel within China and occasionally internationally.
