| Details: 职责:
· Responsible for leading north region sales team and growing revenue in north China region.
· Develop annual sales plans and create metrics to track status against plans. Communicate effectively with commercial colleagues and RMD China leadership team on progress against annual targets and financial operating plan.
· Manage account assignments with sales force and develop a key account strategy.
· Assume responsibility of north regional sales force compensation and commission planning and improve/execute as needed.
· Work closely with Marketing Team to constantly improve north China regional sales offering to meet China based customer needs.
· Work closely with Operations Team to create a reliable, consistent Service level offering to customers. This will require an in country stocking strategy, owned by the operations team, by designed to meet customer needs.
· Develop strong working relationships with the commercial team leaders from Scientific Instruments Division (SID), Laboratory Products Group (LPG) and Environmental Instruments Division (EID).
· Work closely with the company’s government relations’ director.
· Work closely with LED (Laboratory Equipment Division) team and LCD (Laboratory Consumable Division) team to lay-out a comprehensive sales strategy and drive business growth in north China.
· Recruit, manage and develop sales team.
· Develop an appropriate sales plan and targets for your sales team, dealers and distributors.
· Develop key accounts through a comprehensive approach that incorporates all Thermo Fisher products when possible.
· Work closely with Thermo Fisher China Divisional commercial leaders to increase sales of self-manufactured products and minimize go-to-market channel conflicts.

· Use of financial information and metrics to manage performance of a commercial operation
· Understanding of sales management tools and processes.
· Ability to recruit and develop team members.
· Knowledgeable about competitor analysis, product-positioning strategy, pricing strategies and other tactical skills.
· Strong communication skills and influencing skills.
· Experience in life science products and research preferred.
· Frequent travel will be required.
· Understanding and proven ability to apply leading Sales Excellence processes including: Channel Selling, Solution Selling, and discount management.
· Must have multinational experience: ability to effectively manage across the region and keen understanding of western ethical business.
· Work independently with limited day to day contact with team members and colleagues. |
